Interviewed by two senior scientists who were super nice. The interview is quite informal, some technical questions on HPLC and a lot of scenrio based questions. Really relaxed, straight forward interview.

Typical interview process for post-covid - Recruiter Phone Screen, Hiring Manager Teams call, On-site round-based interview. The interviews were scheduled for several hours back to back. Only 1 of the interviewers was on time out of 4. The interviewers were all 20 minutes late to a 30 minute block or did not show up at all. I was asked to stay for hours late after the scheduled time or to travel back to continue, which I declined.
