I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Catawba Hospital (Catawba, VA)

Interview

When you arrive, someone from Human Resources will come to lobby and give you a copy of the job description and some paperwork to fill. You will wait about 20-30 minutes. You will then be taken to a room for panel interview with 2 or 3 members. After the interview you will meet with Human Resources to discuss salary and take a drug test.

There is a a fire on a patient unit and it is filling with smoke. The unit houses patients that are geriatric and some cannot walk. There are 4 staff members on the unit. The fire department has been notified and is on the way. What would you do?

They put you in a conference room and ask you a load of questions. The whole time they arent even looking at you they are answering their phone, writing stuff down, and looking at each other.
