Phone screening; First interview; Second intercview with another leader. Second interview was cold and fasrt. Like they already had someone in mind and did not care much for the current interviewee.

Very thoughtful. It was clear they were looking at me holistically and evaluating my fit based on a variety of factors. Interview questions were expected but relevant. The activities were very pertinent to the job description and they were considerate of my time.
