Interview
Applied online and they emailed me for a phone interview. It was an HR rep who told you about the job to see if it aligns with what you're interested in. They scheduled an in-person interview for me during the phone interview. They also gave me a form to fill out which had standard interview questions on it, and I went for the interview 2 days after the phone screen. The interviewers were friendly and spent a lot of time explained what the job is and what your duties are. They didn't ask too many questions and the environment was relaxed. In the end, they gave me a basic MS Word formatting and text editing quiz. I got a phone call from HR about the job offer the week after.

Interview
I applied online and was invited to interview 2 weeks later. This interview was quite general and was more of a session to let me understand the role in greater detail, followed by a simple MS word editing/formatting test. I did not hear back from HR until I was invited to a second round interview 3 weeks later, which this time involved meeting staff from different departments and a second MS word test. I received my offer 3 business days after the second interview, and so the total process from application to job offer was around 6 weeks.
