First, the HR forgot to conduct the scheduled interview, and later after a follow-up mail only she conducted. It was a telephonic session contains a set of basic technical question set which seems already given to HR. Even after a week there were no updates on the same and later I tried to contact but there were no responses. It would be great full if feedback can be provided to the candidate even if the team has found her/him not apt for the position. It will help them to move forward. But here the HR responses were so disappointing.
