The hiring process was fast-paced. After they reach out to you, the recruiter schedules a call with you. During the call, they talk about your background and experience. If everything goes well, the recruiter sets up an in-person interview. The interview process involves meeting with four or five different people, and they use a panel review style. Unfortunately, after the interview, I never received any feedback from them, which was disappointing. The recruitment process was lacking and felt incomplete.
