      Customer Service Manager Supervisor Interview

      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Centene (Birmingham, AL) in Feb 2017

      Interview

      I applied for the job December 19th, and received an email the next day stating my resume was being moved to the next stage. I received a call January 9th asking if I was still interested in the position. She set a face to face interview up, but two hours later I received another call stating they need to change it to a phone interview. You won't believe this, but two hours later she called back and cancelled the interview. On January 17th I received a call requesting to set up a phone interview. I interviewed February 1st, and on February 7th I was contacted back to request a face to face interview. That same day I received an email from another recruiter stating they wanted to move my application to the next level, and conduct a background check. On February 14th I had my face to face, and I feel like it went well. On February 15th I received an email to complete a form for my background check. I was advised in my interview that they would be making selections on February 20th, so I called to check my status. The recruiter was VERY RUDE, and told me they were still interviewing. I sent a follow up email on February 22nd, and the stated they were still interviewing. I would love to have the experience, but this process has been a headache.
