Less than 10 minutes, could not tell who was in charge, they lied in the interview, they bad mouth the recruiting company when one thing was told by the recruiter and they told me something else. Felt trapped as I had given up my other job already. The recruiter did not know what he/she was doing as the job qualifications and hours were not the same when the actual interview occurred.

Interview
Use star questions, research the company, initial interview was 15 min through video. Had 72 hours to complete self-paced video interview. Next step is phone call. Smile, dress professional and be in a professional setting.
STAR method questions asked. Interview was pretty laid back. The team made me feel comfortable during the process. Was allowed to ask questions & interview ended well before the scheduled time.

Interview
The recruiter was terrific, professional, friendly, and informative. Smooth process to set up initial contact with the recruiter and set up a time for the interview. The managers that did the interview were beyond unsatisfactory, unprofessional, unorganized, and aggressive, and are a horrible reflection on the company.
