I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Centene (Austin, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was initially contacted by HR and the person I dealt with very very professional, kind, and helpful. We set up a phone interview and she told be I would be speaking with the hiring manager at the location I was applying for.
The hiring manager contacted me a full hour prior to the specified time. She mentioned her name and where she was calling from, but I couldn't hardly understand what she said and she used a different company's name which lead to some confusion since I had been applying for lots of jobs at that time.
This woman spoke so fast I could not understand most of what she said. She spoke of the job position, but I never grasped what the job responsibilities were. She asked me two questions (that's it) and when I answered both of them she gave rude and demeaning comments about my responses.
If she didn't think I was qualified, she should have at least acted professional...

Question 1
What are your job responsibilities with your current employer.
If you had a project deadline at the end of this week and you had to get information from several other team members, but they were dragging their feet, how would you handle it?
Had a great process until I was ghosted for over a month. Was told I would be a great addition to the team just to be given a rejection letter. No follow up email from the hiring manager, not even an apology for the inconvenience of putting me through two interviews. Honestly disgusted with the experience and held high expectations for this company.

Interview
I had a virtual interview with one manager and three team members. The manager briefly gave information on the job and asked a couple of questions, but the majority of the questions came from the team members. It definitely seems as if they are interested in working with someone that they all see as having potential to fit in with them.

Interview
Centene sends you correspondence for interviews. In my case, I was given correspondence to interview with Meridian Health. I was told by Centene I could get my interview feedback from one person. I was told by the Meridian interviewer that I would be able to get it from some one else. In the end, I could not receive it from anyone, after following up, nor was I sent any information regarding whether or not I was picked.
