I was first interviewed by the recruiter via phone. After answering a few questions I was told I would receive a zoom interview. After the zoom interview with one of the operations manager trainers, I was interviewed by the operations manager for the site I was applying for.

Easy, did an in person interview. Questions were very basic, more open ended to hear about experience. Screening process was unhelpful as recruiters didn't have answers to all my questions

First interview was a phone interview, second was via Zoom due to Covid. Both interviews were a comfortable blend of formal (job experience, qualifications) and informal (personal goals, career trajectory)
