Initial Interview with Human Resources department. The next interview was set up with the dept mgr. The process was simple and streamlined. After acceptance of the position, the orientation process was outlined and set up.

Discuss a time when you had a conflict with a co worker and how did you handle it
Very quick, first a phone interview and then an in person interview. Interviewed with both the floor and unit manager. Also got a tour of the floor and was able to shadow.
