Centralis interview questions

Staff was really nice and the questions were quite straightforward. Make sure you have experience in the field before applying. There are two stage interviews. First being a teams meeting and second being an interview at their office.

The interview process was very chill. 4-5 interviews with members of their team, very basic questions, mainly behavioral. Everyone seemed really nice and made me feel comfortable. It seemed to be more of a personality fit than a skills test, which in my opinion, makes sense since so much is learned on the job.
