Applied for a Finance Manager role a couple of years ago. This whole process was a disgrace from start to finish. At first the woman in HR has arranged a phone interview with me and she completely forgot about it. I had to call her to remind that we have a phone interview. Then she came back to me to arrange a second interview for an accountant position ( the role I never applied for) instead of a Finance manager role that I have applied for , without asking me if I am interested in a lower level position or not ( I was not interested at all as I was at that stage 3 years in a management role). I declined but wasted my time on someone so completely incompetent and unprofessional.

Question 1
Awh, do we have a phone interview arranged, do we???
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Centric Health (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
This whole process was a disgrace from start to finish. At first I had a phone interview with basic questions that lasted about 5-10 minutes, from there an in person interview was arranged. My face to face interview was organised for a selected time. I arrived 10 minutes early and advised the receptionist I was there and who I was there to see. I was left waiting one hour 45 minutes before I spoke with anyone and was then advised I had gotten the time incorrect when I had the time in writing in the email. I was told I would hear back within a week after the interview. I didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks, at this point I was called to advise that the job had been offered to another candidate but that there is an opening in another location which is a great fit , I was asked if I was interested and I advised I was. I was then told I would receive a call that evening with the job details which I never received. A week later I emailed the HR manager I had been dealing with to follow up and I was blanked. Overall such an unprofessional interview process, would not waste your time applying!

Question 1
If a co-worker was constantly not pulling their weight to a point that you were under pressure, how would you address the situation ?
Protracted and long. Multiple steps and poor record keeping of steps already taken. Poor communication with candidates and need to chase to find out whether progress has been made. Not happy overall
