Initial interview with HR, standard fare, second interview was a bit more technical in nature, at one point I was asked 'aWhy are people poor?', soured me on the process/company, but I pushed through to a third interview. Asked about the turnover rate, which was dismissed as 'some people aren't cut out for MSP work', benefits and opportunities sounded intriguing, but I was ghosted after the third interview, despite follow-up emails.
