This interview process was among the most unique, but enjoyable interview processes I have ever been through.
While it took multiple rounds, the interview process consisted of spending time with a variety of employees one-on-one and spending 10-15 minutes talking to them about who you are and other aspects of the role.
This led to a lot of connections pressure free where, instead of answering the same canned questions, I got to connect with future coworkers on a personal level which allowed me to be more authentic.
