Had 3 rounds in total + a timed essay to complete virtually. 1st round was virtual with hiring manager + hiring manager's manager + HR. 2nd round was an in-person session with hiring manager + another manager in the team. 3rd round was with the SVP. Questions were not difficult, felt quite conversational and interviewers were generally friendly. Questions from SVP were quite sharp though so do be prepared to defend/explain if required. As for the timed essay, it was not difficult as well, reminds me of a GP essay (important to share a balanced viewpoint while making your opinion clear), just be mindful of time. In general not super challenging. However, the process was quite slow, waiting time in between the rounds and even waiting for the offer took quite long.
