Recruiter reached out through email to schedule a phone screening. 30 minute phone call where I was asked basic behavioral questions and what hiring manager would be interviewing me and for what position. The second interview was a technical interview with a panel.

Straightfoward, two-round process. Initial phone screening with an HR specialist, then to a team meeting. One of the people on the team was the person I was going to work for. Very welcoming interview.
