Interview
It was a phone interview with the recruiter. It was about 20 minutes. It was very straight word. The recruiter was nice. Questions were about the company position and some clarifying questions.

The entire interview was such a long process, took a month after phone interview to get the second interview. After the second interview it took a whole month again to get back with their decision to move on with another candidate.
Easy, they made it smooth, phone into meeting 2 guys in person. Ask general questions to get to know you. All behavioral questions. Phone interview is only 10-15 minutes. in person was around 45-60 minutes.
Straight forward phone screening interview then longer behavioral interview. Focused a lot on customer service experiences. Wanted to know how I handled conflict and difficult clients. Interviewers were very nice and engaging.
