I contacted my Financial Consultant at my local branch and expressed my interest in the Financial Consultant position and if he could put me in touch with a local Schwab recruiter. He was nice enough to refer me and I received a call in a couple of weeks

Awesome interview process. Not very heavy on any technicals but they are focused on why you want to pursue a career especially at Schwab. They asked a lot of questions about my internship experience

Initial interview with recruitment staff. She was amicable and proactive. She coordinated the following interviews. The second and third rounds of interviews were with the regional VP, the immediate supervisor, and tentative colleagues from the branch. Staff seems to really like their job and company culture.
