Three interviews - first with hiring Director, second with peer Director in sister department, and third with department VP. Created a business plan with 30-120 day objectives. Ghosted with department extensively before interview. Interviewed several team members about pros & cons of group. *Important: ask about hiring managers before you have the first interview. Ask questions that relate personally to them and their department.

Tell us about a time where you failed in an initiative or project. What did you learn and how have you improved?
Lengthy interview. First interviewed with HR, then an interview was next with the hiring managers. Followed by an interview with a peer group of senior managers. The questions weren’t necessarily difficult the most difficult thing out of the entire process was waiting to hear back after each interview

Interview
Four virtual interviews back to back, either 30 min to an hour long. Questions are mostly about past experience and may ask you to present on certain topic. The more senior interviewer asked more high level industry questions on trends and industry standards.
Four separate interviews lasting between 30 and 45 minutes over the phone. Some competency questions, others included information on prior experience and general conversation to determine fit and culture. Response time took longer than hoped
