The interview last approximately 45 minutes with just one person. The majority of the information was discussed about me from a personal level however, I was asked about some of my weaknesses and strengths as well. He then dove into some of my experience while looking at my resume. This interview was via phone rather than face to face because of the distance of the interviewer.

Odd process, ghosted by company. A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and requested a phone call. He emphasized how quickly they needed to build out the compliance team and immediately began to talk numbers, title and benefits. He said my background was being considered holistically for any compliance position. First interview was with 3 people via Skype and 1 person on-site at same time. Very impersonal, awkward and difficult to address each person due to position of camera and screens in conference room. Had a second phone interview with senior manager. Was told hiring process is slow and to be patient by hiring manager. Recruiter went radio silent.
