Interview
Without a doubt the most unprofessional and soulless interview I’ve participated in. First screen call, the interviewer was 5 minutes late, asked a completely vague question about REST APIs and clearly had no clue about the topic. Second interview was video call, interviewer was also 5 min late and blamed technical difficulties. I immediately realized this would be a terrible place to work and proceeded to ask about work-life balance and if he even enjoyed working there. I left feeling relieved that it was over. Do not plan on reapplying.

Interview
interview process is simple but interviewers are either not aware of the JD or did not find them interested in new hire. Sometimes they will set interviewer who is not either from the same technology or a junior resource who are not qualified to take an interview. Overall found to be an immature process.
