Interview
Phone interview for 15 minutes with recruiter then 45 minute online interview with two employees that are stationed at their HQ. After the second interview the original recruiter from your first call, calls you back to give you their final decision.

First Phone interview for about 30 min. And then another 30 min interview with the branch manager. Then if you make it past the first two interviews they discuss and see you make it and fit there “culture with the team”.

There are two interviews throughout the process. First was a phone call with a talent acquisition. The second interview is with the branch manager. Overall, it is a pleasant and quick process.
