I was contacted by a recruiter and invited to provide my availability for the following week, after which their "team" would be reaching out to coordinate an interview time. I provided my availability using their tool, confirmed via email, sent a follow-up message, AND left the recruiter a voicemail within about 10 days. Totally ghosted. I'm a recruiter, myself, and I've never ghosted a candidate, and I especially couldn't imagine doing so when my last communication with them was inviting them to interview. Based on the other reviews I'm seeing here, I'm not surprised and oddly sort of relieved that others have had a negative experience.

initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
