    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chase (Orlando, FL (US)) in September 2015.

    Interview

Pretty easy, the usual schedule a few days ahead and ask customer service questions. But once you get hired, they are a pain, asking for 10 years of living and work history and you have to prov it.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Chase (Phoenix, AZ (US)) in August 2013.

    Interview

It was a panel interview with 2-3 supervisors and trainers. They asked questions about you and your experience, then left the room and did a mock collections call. They basically lead you on the call to assess your ability to collect while providing great customer service. After the call they would come back into the room and discuss how you think the call went.
