I interviewed at Chayn (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview was much more in-depth than I had anticipated. I was informed it would be an 'introductory call' but actually there were a series of quick-fire questions, including on their organizational approach and so on.
I found it slightly strange and unnerving that one panelist stayed completely silent throughout the entire Zoom video interview. Also, being asked repeatedly to rate oneself out of 10 on different areas is not what I would consider an intersectional feminist approach to recruitment, and one I found surprising.
