Chemonics International Associate Project Manager interview questions

Lengthy process starting with a 40 min screening call (very easy - why are you interested in company and role? questions about past experiences and how they can relate to position), followed by an hr panel interview with 4 people (10 questions total). Had to answer several questions in Spanish. Next steps include mini tests (budget and contract analysis), reference checks and a final interview with SVP. Didnt get an offer but felt positive the entire way through. Had to email to check on my status and they got back to me same day saying they went with someone else.

After an initial phone screening, I had a 3 person panel interview with employees from the specific department applied for. Pretty straight forward, took about 45 minutes. They ask typical interview questions: Tell us about a situation when you had a problem with a co-worker/supervisor and how you resolved it.
