I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ChenMed (Philadelphia, PA) in Sept 2020
Interview
A recruiter contacted me, that was interview one. Then took a very long questionnaire and scored very highly. Interview two a bit more professional, with appropriate interview questions. Then on to Interview three. The most unprofessional interview that I have had in a long time. 1 & 2 had LinkedIn profiles. #3 had no LinkedIn and was supposed to be a manager. Of a 32 minute interview, I would say he talked about himself and his son for at least 20 minutes. He did not ask professional interview questions at all. It comes off as a very professional and forward thinking business, but this guy is not professional or progressive in any way. I have worked in several inner cities quite successfully and he was so old school it is ridiculous. Quite inappropriate by today's standards.
Is three rounds of interviews. The first one is a 15 minutes call with the recruiter, then a video interviewwith tour possible Manager and then a final interview with the Regional Manager of Growth.
