Too many interviews. Did 15 interviews and they said that was just the beginning. That was after 4 weeks just to tell me I wouldn’t proceed. Very frustrating and such a waste of time. Be ready to interview for several months. Then after you get the offer, be ready to travel for two months of training in another city.
