Very superficial and shallow interview questions — no real insight into my capabilities or potential contribution. Felt more like a test of submission than a genuine talent evaluation. Could not clearly articulate any career advancement path, nor could they describe what kind of professional training (if any) would be provided. The overall vibe was bureaucratic, insecure, and controlling — they appear to be hiring someone obedient and easy to control, rather than capable and independent. Interviewers lacked basic interview professionalism and respect.
