Call time was 8am but the test was given around 8:30 am. Exam was logic based and pencil was used so don't forget to bring one! Afterwards, name of those who passed were called and would be a candidate for interview.
First interview was with the talent acquisition and you are given the option on where you want to be assigned. They would later coordinate this with the respective heads of office whether a vacancy is available. Talent acquisition personnel was very professional and accomodating.
Second interview was with the supervisor (I think) of the department that I was interested in. Questions were condescending. She was rude and took it a bit personal when interviewing me. Her questions were discriminatory and she had quite an attitude for a job which, upon my research, pays way below the minimum wage. I mean, if you're so stressed out about your job, find other means to cope and don't use your interviewees as your outlet.
