Interview
Chipotle got back to me 2 days after I submitted my application online. There were 3 interviews in total. The 1st interview was with the GM, she then set me up for a 2nd interview with the kitchen manager two days later. The last interview was with the crew members and they hired me on the spot.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
