Mission: To cultivate a better world.
I worked at Chipotle full-time (Less than a year)
Good and really friendly team, The Manager Michail is absolutely lovely, engaging and shows a lot of respect to the team members. Same for the assistant Managers. That was unfortunately a short but really good experience for me.
Hard working, it can get exhausting but it’s not really a « cons » it’s just work.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Warboys, England) in June 2015.
I have so far had my first round of interview questions. The interview is via recorded webcam. They start off with a recorded video about the company. After setup, you get as many practice questions as you would like until you feel comfortable. After your setup is complete, the interview starts, you will be asked 6 questions. After they bring up the question, you have one minute to collect your thoughts, and then 2 minutes to answer. After the recorded interview, they offer a survey, and send an email to let you know that it has been received. This is the first round so I have not gotten any feedback yet.
Nearly nine years ago, Cameron fell in love with our burritos and became a regular at his local Chipotle. Today, he’s a Chipotle Restaurateur running his own restaurant (and enjoying his favorite burritos for free!). Learn more: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQmOz
