Interview
first you applied and i had to call to see if they received my application and once they did they set up a time for me to get interview . i got there they offer me food and we start talking about the job and about 10 questions and pretty much if you were a hard worker.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
