Interview
I showed up about 15 min early, the GM that was supposed to interview me was about 15-20 minutes late after the set time which was 4pm. It was a different GM from the store I applied to, Apparently they were using this location to get interviews for a new location which I wasn't made aware of until on the spot. I didn't mind tho because I needed a job. Told me I should expect an email within 72 hours of a decision but I have NOT received anything.

Q: What did you learn from your last boss?
Q: Take a look at the kitchen, what position do you see yourself working?
Q: Do you have any experience in working in restaurants?
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Explain a time when you handled an upset customer?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
