In person informal chat. Getting to know each other. Questions about yourself as a person and yourself as a physiotherapist. Getting to know your values Showing around the clinic Lasted 30 mins Interview went great, said would let me know in 2 days. Had to chase for 2 weeks to get an answer. Delayed this by another 2 weeks. Had to chase again. Couldn't give me an answer as was clearly waiting for someone better. I ended up pulling out. Just be honest / don't ghost please
