Interview
My interview came from a personal introduction into the company. I met with the Client Services Director first and then the Executive Director. The interview was very pleasant, unlike any other interview. It truly seemed that the organization was concerned about me and encouraged a life balance approach to working. Salary negation was effortless as they really respected my needs and my talents. I was introduced the remainder of the staff and the role of the position was clearly defined. I thought the work environment was just great. Everyone seemed to genuinely care for each other.
