Interview was smooth and fast, however there is a delay in getting back on the results. Conversations were engaging and the interviewers made sure that I was really interested in the retail industry. Rejection was mainly due to lack of retail experience, however I thought that should be already part of the initial filtering process. Overall it was fine.
