The interview process is relatively easy and straightforward. The HR team first interviewed me and then completed rounds of interviews with PIs of several different labs. Some labs asked a range of questions, while others simply went over their research goals, and expectations of employees, and allowed me to speak with current lab members.

I applied for the position and the PI contacted me by email and then by a phone call. I found it hard to understand him and he was asking a bunch of text book biology question.
