Question 1
How do you deal with different opinions as a group leader?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Citadel (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
Smooth and eye-opening. Good interviewer and generally a smooth process. Technical questions were difficult, but follow-up questions were succinct and one thing flowed to another. Good opportunity at the end to ask questions about the firm culture, work-life, etc.

1. Difference between Citadel and Citadel Securities?
Asked some behavioral and walk me through your resume questions mostly. Fairly straightforward, know about Citadel. Focused a lot on points in your resume. Need to be able to back it up.
