Claritev Transformation Program Manager interview questions

The "hiring manager" joined the call and told me it wasn't actually an interview and he was just doing research to figure out what he needed to know. To his credit, he was transparent about his goals, but this is not the purpose of a job description or interview process. Obviously, I never heard back because this is not a serious organization.
