I had a recruiter call, then 1 and done in-person interview with office manager and maybe another person in the office. Easy process. Situational questions. Probably need to improve process to weed out those who will quit/leave in a month.

Great interviewer... not a good company. I looked at the review on here after I interviewed and realized this was not the company for me. I asked around to people that I know had an affiliation with the company and it was not going to be a good match.
