Lengthy with a lot of steps:
First was the screening round with the HR
Second was with Hiring Manager
Third was a take home assessment
Fourth was a deep technical dive round
Fifth was a round with management and VP which I could not get through
Sixth was supposed to be a round with CEO which never happened.
After all the smooth interviews, the PM round was very uncomfortable, it was more like they had already made up their mind to reject me before the interview. They were hesitant in asking question and would pass over to each other in the panel. The flow of the interview was unnatural.
However I did love the technical round and loved how deeply we connected on it. Would have love to work with the tech team but it seems like a waste of time and in the end I felt like the management discriminate so I doubt the culture.
