Easy interview, but too many candidates applied for remote position, so I didn't get hired. Hiring manager was nice to chat with and very honest and informative about the role. Was interesting to learn about the company

Tell us about a time you provided excellent customer service
quick interview process. very friendly interviewers and HR. The Exam is pretty easy too. I was asked about my experience and my job history both on the initial interview and the final interview.
Found the job online and recruitment process took about a week but it was worth it. Typical interview questions were asked. Responsive recruiters when asking and doing follow ups. Overall it was great experience.
