Clece Care Services interview questions

Head of Finance and CEO were very warm and gracious. Kept me informed of the process from start to finish and didn't hold it against me that I was nervous.

First stage telephone interview with recruiter, very basic and easy questions. Next was assessment centre, had less than a week to prepare. The organisation of the day was shocking, everyone was moaning to each other how we were sat around for almost 4 hours waiting for everyone to present to the interviewee’s. The day was 9-4:30, but we only spent a couple of those hours actually doing stuff. May be minor, but also lots of spelling mistakes and poorly structured emails in the published graduate program book also. To me this felt very unprofessional. Clece seem like a nice company but lots of red flags.
