Process had an intro call with talent, technical ML interview, system design / ML reasoning, and a live Python + ML coding round. Between each stage, the same talent partner checked in with me, shared what to expect next, and passed on high-level feedback. Even though I didn’t get the offer, the structure and the between-round follow-ups made it one of the best-run interview processes I’ve had. Another thing is they frequently pressured on the fact they are a very fast-paced environment, which could be great for learning and impact, but also suggests the culture might lean toward higher pressure and potentially less predictable work–life balance.
