Interview
Very positive interview process over roughly 3 weeks.
Stages: Recruiter call, 2 technical interviews (first one was CV review, DS/ML focused & live programming, second one was more system design & more ML stuff) and final non-technical interview (cultural fit stuff).
Particularly appreciate Jamie Ferguson and the wider talent team who were in contact throughout the entire process. Jamie did a brilliant job of advising how best to prepare for each interview and ensuring I would perform as well as I could. I've never really had this level of engagement during an interview process before and it made such an enormous difference - thanks :)

Interview
Process had an intro call with talent, technical ML interview, system design / ML reasoning, and a live Python + ML coding round. Between each stage, the same talent partner checked in with me, shared what to expect next, and passed on high-level feedback. Even though I didn’t get the offer, the structure and the between-round follow-ups made it one of the best-run interview processes I’ve had.
Another thing is they frequently pressured on the fact they are a very fast-paced environment, which could be great for learning and impact, but also suggests the culture might lean toward higher pressure and potentially less predictable work–life balance.
