Process took ab 5 weeks. First was a phone interview then a panel interview with 3 people, showed me around the facility. Took two weeks to tell me I wasnt offered the job

Before the interview I was asked to complete my job references first. After I had done that I had my interview. Took 13 days from the time I interviewed to the time I got the job offer.

The hiring process took about two months from the time they called to the time I got hired. I personally think this is way too long especially because it took them over a month to call me after the interview. I thought I wasn't going to get hired at that time.
