Personable. I enjoyed the interview process and they were very interested in who I am as a person in addition to my experiences. There were two interviewers but this was not intimidating.

Absolutely horrible. Did 4 interviews, including an assignment that took multiple hours, only to be ghosted after the fourth interview. Disgraceful way to handle an applicant and candidate that was led on for more than a month. Disorganized and disrespectful.

Difficult but very engaging! They wanted to get to know me for me and how I would fit into the CFJ team. It was a bit ago so I don't remember much. But it was just one interview with two supervisors.
