CloudLex interview questions

I had the weirdest interview ever with this company. Firstly, there is no HR involved so the CEO will take the interview and the CEO has no idea how to conduct interviews. The fact that he asked me whether I applied using my ‘resume’ as he could see no resume is baffling since he had no idea how things work so you can guess how things are working in this company. To top it off he will question you why would you apply to this company and cross question your degrees and accomplishments even after clarifying before conducting interviews. Never again. Whoever gets an interview with this company, I would suggest “RUN” or be ready to face this condescending person.
